Plenty of space!
We had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for three adults and two kids. You could probably fit one or two more kids here comfortably. Nothing fancy but has everything you'll need for the NH lakes region.

Nice cottage
Nice cottage with open floor plan downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful pool overlooking the lake. Lake access is not the best for swimming but the public beach is less than 5 minutes down the road.

This location is perfect for a weekend getaway at the lake. Sara and Sean were amazing hosts, very attentive and caring. We had the best time! Can't wait to book this property again.

Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin beds, were old and springy. Host asked us to bring our own pillows and sheets which was an odd request. I let the hosts know since we're traveling by air that's not possible and so sheets were left out, but would have been nice if the beds were made for us. (Esp when traveling with kids.) The dishwasher wasn't unloaded when we arrived, which wasn't a big deal, but felt like a lot of housework to unload dishes and make beds on arrival. Plus all the housework when checking out.

Our first time staying at this property and it was great! Owner was helpful when we had questions about checking in. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a hand written note from the owners and a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. The house was clean and the binder the owners have out on the counter, is full of just about any information or helpful tips we could have needed during our stay. If we come back to the area or hear of anyone looking for a reasonable and great property to rent we’ll surely recommend this one. It’s was a fantastic weekend!

Very convenient, close to everything, and sufficient space for the family. The owners are very kind, as we accidently caused a mishap with leaving the stove on. Fortunately, their due diligent prevented any further damage and kept us well informed. Thank you for keeping it human!

We rented this place from Wednesday to Saturday and it was perfect. Location is ideal. Close to so much and right on the lake. We would stay here again. Fast respond from the manager on one small question that was easily taken care of.

Stay for girls weekend was great. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The water has an odor definitely from a well or the lake but the tub and sinks are spotless. Neighbors are close and it’s a quiet community. We enjoyed our stay overall and found everything to be as expected.

Great location and perfect for our needs
We used the property for the annual pond hockey tournament in February. The home was very clean, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. Having two bathrooms was great and plenty of beds for sleeping. I am image this would be a great spot in the summer as the bay is right across the street.

We were happy with our stay. Great location and the place is clean and updated. We had hoped that the dock had a slip. We rented a boat and asked rental company and they said yes it was available but we found out later it wasn’t. The beach has a large drop which is difficult for the children to play which wasn’t clear in the pics but would be fine for older kids.

Great location and property! Walking distance to wonderful ice cream shop Liliuokalanis and Naswa restaurant, both with docks for boating visitors. Weirs beach .5 miles away. For boaters, Paugus Bay is a fabulous place to wakeboard. House was nicely architected and decorated. Very clean and nice pool and community fire pit.

The house is as advertised and our family had an excellent time here! Nice house in a quiet spot and close to the nearby attractions. Pool was great to keep our son active during “down time”. The owners are VERY responsive too! We had a minor issue with water and it was remedied in hours. Would recommend this property if you want a nice quiet spot with a great view.

Wonderful Vacation House
We had a great week at this lovely home across from the lake. We enjoyed the view of the lake from both downstairs and upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. Great having two bathrooms. It is close to many restaurants and various attractions. It is close to a neighboring home but they were not there much so it was not an issue. We can't say enough how quick Sarah was to respond to any question we had. I would highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!
