"Ottima la vista dall'ampia terrazza, vero punto di forza della casa. Bagno piccolo che necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione. La casa è piuttosto isolata considerando che la strada per raggiungerla oltre che sterrata è in forte pendenza e dissestata. Casa consigliata solo a chi possiede un Suv ed è avezzo alla guida in montagna. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile in non meno di 25 minuti a piedi e considerando che al ritorno bisogna affrontare una salita impegnativa."
