Pleasant apartment located at 1 Boulevard de la Plage, in the secure residence "Ortal", 2nd floor with elevator, direct access to the central beach of Lacanau, restaurants and shopping street.
Very bright apartment, facing south.

This accommodation includes free WIFI access.
Free provision of a surfboard (Longboard) and a bodyborad + fins in 45.
A 3/2 full suit and a shorty (Short sleeve) are available.

This 30 m² accommodation is made up of:
- Comfortable living room including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Tassimo coffee maker, vitro hob, microwave, double sink, fridge / freezer, washing machine, ...), a lounge area with TV, coffee table and sofa bed .
- A separate bedroom with 140 cm bed
- A corridor isolated from the living room by sliding door containing 2 bunk beds of 90 cm

- 7 m² terrace with ocean view, including table and garden chair for 4 people.

Pratique et bien situé.
L’appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel. Le balcon est grand ce qui permet d’avoir de la place pour étendre le linge et de manger sur le balcon. Le plus à Lacanau : la place de parking. L’appartement est situé au pied de l’océan, de la rue commerçante et des écoles de surf.

Propriété très bien située avec vue sur mer et à proximité de tous commerces et restaurants. Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer. Propriétaires au top très soucieux du bien être de ces locataires et du bon déroulement du séjour. Location à recommander.
