"Place is good, just the bed quality was terrible, my wife and I woke up with pain everywhere, first time this happens after +20 nights in different hotels. Otherwise pool, spa qas great, personal at front desk great"

"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"Overall good rental but with a couple issues. The unit is part of a condo complex with some shared facilities. My daughters and my son-in-law were impressed with the workout facility and made good use of it. We had plenty of room and were generally pretty comfortable. One of the rooms was above the sauna down in the pool area. That room stayed hotter than the rest. Initially the TV didn't work. Turned out that we did not have the correct remote. "Property was clean and very comfortable, located close to ski/bike resort and 30 mins from Québec City. Only thing was we were there in a heat wave and there is only one portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms so made for some uncomfortable evenings in a loft unit."

"Awesome place. Brand new property. Full of nice amenities. Great location near park and next to Mt Edward. Easy check-in process. Manager onsite and helpful with questions."

"The outdoor area by the river was a complete dump with overgrown grass and overflowing garbage bins. No wood for outdoor fire. Inside the condo looked promising but the AC was not working and the windows are permanently closed shut (fire hazard). Also, the outlet in the main bedroom had a burning smell when something was plugged in. (another fire hazard). Food garbage was under the couch. "little issue about the accuracy of the booking regarding the room picture for studio superior ,it is misleading but it was corrected the next day by the front desk so no big deal but i suggest to show accurate picture at the booking site.All other things where excellent we had a great stay. "It was fairly convenient to stay here and ski at Le Massif. The views of Lake Sant Laurent were amazing, the apartment was very spacious with a huge living room/dining/kitchen area. We had everything we needed. The contactless check-in / check-out was great because it was quick and we didn't need to worry about arriving there at 10pm."
