"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. "The owner, Louis (very friendly and personable), was there to receive us following our long day from Halifax. Our room (the largest one) was ready and clean. The breakfast were like the ones we cook at home (hubby likes his eggs sunny side up 😜), toast, tomato, bacon, coffee, juice and what ever else you needed.
