Light-flooded, romantic, newly renovated 2 room apartment for 2 to 4 people in the upper village of Laboe with lots of interesting extras and a high level of comfort.

From May to September, you can enjoy your beach stay in the beach chair provided free of charge. Depending on the weather, your beach chair could be available earlier or later.
It is only a 450 m walk to the Baltic Sea beach, past the beautifully situated spa gardens, where the year-round seawater swimming pool is also located.

Furnishing:
Large, pull-out sofa bed with 1. 60 x 2.00 bed surface. Dishwasher, micro grill combi, 4 plate ceramic hob. Large flat screen TV with DVD / Blu-Ray player both in the living room and in the bedroom. 45 DVD's with family, children's, entertainment and adventure films are available for you. The apartment is also equipped with a small but fine stereo system with IPod and iPhone docking station, CD player and radio. Game collection for cozy evenings with the kids. The balcony on the sunny side from noon invites you to a glass of wine at sunset. This bright and friendly, country-style furnished apartment is waiting for you to dream and relax during your vacation.

Please note that the underground car park has a lifting space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm) with a maximum vehicle height
up to 1.50 m.

Schönes Apartment mit ein paar Mänglen
Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern, schöner Balkon und angenehme Gegend. An der Sauberkeit könnte gearbeitet werden und der Stellung von Geschirrhandtüchern, sowie evtl Seife etc.

Schöne Fewo mit einigen Mankos
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön geschnitten und auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns negativ auffielen: die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind stellenweise rostig und defekt; Geschirr nicht einheitlich und sehr unordentlich verstaut; Fewo für 4 Personen viel zu klein; Straße vor dem Haus mit Linienbusverkehr und nicht leise; PKW-Stellplatz nur für kleine Autos auf Hebebühne (hat im gesamten Haus niemand genutzt); Fahrradkeller zu wenig Platz für alle Fahrräder.

Alles in allem in Ordnung
Lage: großes, gepflegtes Mehrparteienhaus, außerhalb des Zentrums zwischen zwei Straßen Starkes Verkehrsaufkommen (unangenehme Überraschung), könnte mit Straßenbauarbeiten im Zentrum zusammenhängen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, für drei zu klein. Manche Möbelstücke (Bett gibt bei jeder Bewegung seinen Kommentar ab) sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist einfach, mit einem zu kleinen Waschbecken. An elektronischen Geräten ist alles geboten. Zwei TV-Geräte, Wasserkocher, Stabmixer, Toaster, Microwelle, DvD-Player mit einer kleinen Sammlung von Filmen, Radios usw. Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradraum. Die Garagenplätze sind leider selbst für ein Mini-SUV (Seat Arona plus Dach-Fahrradträger), wegen der Höhe nicht zu nutzen. Alles in allem in Ordnung.

Laboe - der ideale Urlaubsort für vielfältige Unternehmungen
Strandkorb inklusive war super. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Strand, Relaxen, Strandspaziergänge, Radfahren, Kultur, und super Fährverbindungen nach Kiel, Falkenstein und Schilksee. Gute Restaurants am Ort und leckere Fischbrötchen. Die Ferienwohnung war ok, aber die Sauberkeit und das Sammelsurium an Geschirr und Besteck ist verbesserungsfähig.

Einfach schön
Bisher die schönste Wohnung, die wir in diesem Haus hatten. Geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details. Wenige Minuten zum Strand und dennoch die Ruhe des Oberdorfs. Die Vermietung lief auch dieses mal wieder reibungslos. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Hübsche Wohnung im alten Ortsteil
Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, auch an trübem Tagen sehr wohnlich. Mich hat nur die Nähe zu den umgebenden Raucherwohnungen gestört und auch die teilweise Lärmbelaestigung aus den anderen Appartements.
