"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much...

"arrivé dans cette hôtel pour raison professionnelle je ne regrette pas mon choix , bien au contraire , je pense y retourné en vacances , lieu très calme ,environnement très agréable , lac et beaucoup de verdure. le personnel est très professionnel et très agréable.les équipement en chambre sont très bien, lit très confortable, la chambre est très spacieuses et fonctionnelle ."

"Room (comfort studio) top floor was very smelly (cigarette smoke) and hot , no fan or air conditioning. Hotel is under going renovations so in the future rooms maybe upgraded."
