Located in Laax, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Laax Chalet is a refined ground-floor apartment designed to welcome guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The combination of wooden interiors and carefully selected details gives this accommodation a unique character, typical of traditional alpine homes.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by an entrance reminiscent of ancient mountain residences, leading to a cozy and warm home featuring solid wood doors, handcrafted elements, and rustic furnishings enriched with decorative touches.
The kitchen is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Granite surfaces and wood harmoniously coexist with state-of-the-art appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. It is a well-equipped and functional space, ideal for preparing warm meals after a day spent on the ski slopes or trekking trails. The kitchen opens onto the living room, creating a single environment: the corner table with wooden benches is the perfect place to share meals and stories of the day. The living room features a comfortable sofa adorned with floral fabrics, ideal for resting and reading a book; large windows let in natural light, illuminating the space and offering a stunning view of the surrounding landscape.
The sleeping area includes a spacious master bedroom furnished with custom-made wardrobes and furniture that optimize space. The other two bedrooms, designed for families or groups of friends, are equipped with sturdy wooden bunk beds.
The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both carefully finished.
Outside, the private patio offers an ideal space to relax, furnished with a table, chairs, and deck chairs, set in an enchanting natural environment. In winter, the snowy landscape surrounding the residential complex transforms this space into a magical place, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the Alps.
The apartment has a private parking space in the condominium garage.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Laax is a well-known mountain destination, particularly famous for its exciting slopes that attract skiers and, above all, snowboarders from all over the world. Here, you will find four snow parks and the largest halfpipe in all of Europe. The ski resort spans over 200 kilometers of slopes, ranging from easy to difficult, with a total of 28 ski lifts. The nearby town of Flims offers a vast network of trails and tracks for both hikers and cross-country skiers. The apartment is just a short walk from the ski lifts, in a neighborhood with several restaurants and bars.
Here are some of the main points of interest in Laax: Laaxersee, a crystal-clear mountain lake, an ideal summer destination for swimming and more; Limbo Park, an indoor water park with pools and water slides; trail 103, a stunning scenic route that crosses the ski slopes; Freestyle Academy, a year-round indoor arena offering various sports such as climbing, free running, freestyle, and skateboarding.
How to get there:
By car: You can reach Laax in 30 minutes from Chur, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Zurich. If coming from Zurich or Basel, take the A3/A13 highway towards Chur and exit at Reichenau (No. 18). Then take Road 19, and you will reach Laax in about 30 minutes.
By plane: Shuttle bus services are available from Zurich and Basel airports.
By train: International train connections stop in Chur, from where you can take bus No. 81 for 23 stops and get off at the "Bergbahnen" stop, then walk about 10 minutes to the apartment.
