"Greeted by Ann at the reception desk- she easily went through the check in process in a friendly and positive manner. She is exceptional. She noted that I had requested a robe and that it was not in my room- arranged for immediate delivery. She pointed out the bar and gril which I visited twice during my stay. It was a bit pricey but the friendly bar staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experiences more than worth the money. The only thing I would suggest in the room is a floor lamp behind the very comfortable armchair- it was too dark to sit and read. I would definitely stay here again."
