"We checked in a little late on our arrival as we had to travel nine hours that day to get to the hotel and the front desk, person seem to be annoyed to have to work to give us our room. It was like we were a bother to them."

The locals are very friendly and courteous. I come here to work twice a year. There are nice historic places to visit nearby. Can’t really say it’s the kind of place I’d visit by choice, but then again, can’t say the place isn’t nice either.

LaFayette didn’t have much to see but it is close to many things. In town for a weddding so location was perfect. Close enough to drive to Chattanooga.
