Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from May 15 to September 30), an open terrace and a grill. An outdoor area with a covered terrace is also available for your use.

In addition, it is a 5-minute walk to the centre of La Zubia and to a view of the Vega of Granada. Granada can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport and cycling, hiking and jogging, among other activities, can be practiced in the vicinity of the property.

There is a security system at the entrance facing the street, to keep an eye on the garden. It does not face the common areas.
