"Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be."

For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"Situated in central Torrievieja. It is a few minutes walk from the bus garage and shops. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The reception and dining area are modern. The rooms have dated decor. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was a small croissant in a packet, a small cake in a packet, two toasts (lovely bread), butter, jam, a slice of ham and cheese. "Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out. This was ob several occasions and he should be thoroughly ashamed of himself. Otherwise a great event in a dated but...

"Because of language, took time before I entered, the room was excellent for the price and was right in town. There was no kettle, I missed that. It was February and in the 20s degrees. Breakfast was in a cafe 5 minutes away 3.5€. 8 minutes walking from the train station. 4.80€ to Alicante by train. Nice place to stop, very Spanish. "
