Both of the owners and Ms. Gladys (the house attendant) are amazing and great to work with. "Loved staying here with the entire family! Lots of bugs so come prepared. The host and the service was outstanding and we enjoyed our time there very much. Pictures honestly can't do it justice.beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms in each room were functional. The whole experience being there was amazing. Jacuzzi doesn't really "heat" just is Luke warmish so I wouldn't recommend doing that, but lovely otherwise."

"The view was amazing . We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The lady around the house took very good care for us and even washed our clothes .For a little bit extra she makes your breakfast or a simple lunch/dinner. We enjoyed our stay. Place is perfect for larger groups."

"The staff was the highlight for me, I cannot remember the last time I was served so well in a hotel. Our room had plenty of natural light and was very spacious. The food, drinks and service from the restaurant was also fantastic, included getting drinks served in the jacuzzi which is on the rooftop! Super clean facilities, and the cleaning service on point as well. My favourite staff member was Jennifer, not only did she always serve us with a smile, she gave us some great suggestions on where to go and when to enjoy the trip to the fullest, also going above and beyond by printing us a map to avoid the not so safe areas in the city. If I come back to Pereira again, there is no doubt I will be staying here. Not to forget, the included breakfast buffet and the service that came along also gets 10/10!!!"
