Welcome to our relaxing cozy Rose Cottage with beautiful shaded yard, located in quaint and peaceful town about 25 scenic minutes to Zion National Park. Additional tourist attractions less than an hour away are Sand Hollow Reservoir, Tuacahn outdoor theater, St George, Cedar City Shakespeare Festival, Sand Canyon Park, Kolob, Virgin River hiking trails and several golf courses. Also, about 2 hours away, you can visit Bryce Canyon, north rim of Grand Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort and Las Vegas.
Enjoy the cozy cottage touch of the enchanting Rose Cottage. There are even a few fairies about in the gardens and inside the cottage. Beautiful yard with fruit trees - apricot, pear, plum and pomegranate. You can relax in the nicely shaded back yard. Have a nice Barbeque on the patio. Very spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a nice dining area, kitchen with every utensil needed to cook a nice dinner, laundry room, a nice garden, a living room with a fire place in a quiet peaceful residential area and walking distance to a park with hiking trails.

Enchanting Cottage
Lovely quaint cottage with loads of charm. Had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. The decor with a floral rose theme was very enchanting. Very well stocked, very clean, comfy bedding and beautiful roses in the garden.

Comfortable and Convenient Location
The check in/check out process was very easy. We arrived to find the property clean and all of the appliances were in good working condition. A nice patio in the back to relax after a long day of hiking. Plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Rose Cottage

Great property! Was here four years ago for three weeks. Great access to the Parks. Sadly only able to get one week this time. ☹️☹️. Next time, I will need to place reservations well in advance. My wife loves The Rose Cottage !!

Lovely Stay
We loved our stay here. Everything was decorated with quality and comfort in mind for visiting guests. It was so beautiful, and it felt as though the owners truly wanted to pamper us. We absolutely loved it! I would only say one negative, and that is that the outdoor patio could not use a little attention, but the inside of the home was over the top awesome, and so the place deserves no less than 5 stars.

A 10 in all measures. And the amazing small park bordering it. Midway between ion Canyon NP and Snow Canyon State Park. We would chose this place again. 2 couples from Tennessee enjoying the area.

Magical Gem
Rose Cottage was everything we expected and more. Grocery and restaurants were close by. Neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, and wow…the roses were magnificent. How awesome to stand at the kitchen sink and see the beautiful pink roses that came up to the middle of the window. What a beautiful home!

You open the front door and walk into a clean well -thought out theme home of a Rose Garden! The home is comfortable- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a well-stocked kitchen! The back door leads right out to hiking trails- We loved our 2 night stay in this charming home and would certainly stay here again!

One of our best stays and experiences
Rose cottage was one of the cleanest, very well decorated and managed properties we have stayed at. It's a cozy place in a very nice neighborhood, with 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen with everything you would need, a beautiful and peaceful backyard with fruit trees. Furniture is very nice and the detailed touches by the owner in every corner of the house are just very thoughtful. Gary was very quick on his responses to my questions before we checked in. Enjoyed our one night stay with friends after an awesome hike through Zion. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to spend a night or few nights around Zion. Great place!!!! You wont go wrong in picking this place.

This property is located about 20 miles from Zion NP so a good location for exploring the park. It was a very well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it offered a very cozy and inviting place to stay. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

This adorable cottage was CLEAN, spacious, and comfortable. Host thought of everything! We even found a cooler in the pantry, coffee, ice and a few staples. Wonderful beds. Great temperature control. Quiet. So many nice surprises. No bad surprises. Highly recommend.

A Great Zion Hub!
This house has everything promised in the description and photos. It was extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment, extra towels, extra pillows, etc. The rooms, bathrooms, and hallways all have nightlights as well. All the little details are taken care of. The owners provided a lot of little extras, like a wide variety of tea and cozy socks to wear inside the house. Additionally, to complement their rose garden / fairy garden theme, they left a little "treasure hunt" for my children to find notes from the fairies. My girls loved looking for these. The house backs up to a green space that provide a cool view of the surrounding hills and virgin river. I enjoyed being over there at sunrise and sunset each day of our stay. One night, we woke up to the rustle of deer eating in the backyard. While still in a traditional housing area, you are still close to nature. The house was about 30 minutes from Zion Canyon and 25 minutes from Kolob Canyon, and both drives were beautiful. You are also five minutes or less from many eateries and grocery options along State Route 9. The owners obviously care a great deal about the comfort and care of their renters. We arrived extremely late a night after a long drive from California. When we pulled up, the owners had gone in and turned on the house lights for us so that we would not arrive in the dark. It was a very sweet gesture that made our arrival so much easier. My daughters have already asked when we can go back.
