Quiet Home Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.

Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit - There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.

Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it's original position.

For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player. We have also provided access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and YoutubeTV.

Playground - There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.


**Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

Great jumping off point for Zion and Bryce
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was simply perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We all had ample space for the four of us, great communication with the owner, and the process of checking in and out was super easy. Would certainly stay here again!

We spent 3 nights at this vrbo home, and it was wonderful. Just 15 minutes or so from the Zion NP entrance. Clean and quiet. The kids loved making smores over the firepit, and playing the basketball game in the garage. We'd definitely stay again.

wonderful house for our family! we loved the close location to zion national park while being in a neighborhood and near amenities. during our stay, we also made the drives to bryce canyon and grand canyon national parks and made it back each night. great mountain view with a great backyard

Beautiful home with a backyard and fenced in for privacy. Fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking if desired. Beds were comfortable but mattresses should be turned or replaced soon.

La Verkin House Made a Nice Home Base
The hosts were very pleasant and prompt, and the home was newish and well cared for. It had everything we needed, and was a great place from which to launch our trips to Zion and Bryce. We enjoyed a couple of restaurants in nearby Hurricane as well. We loved having this nice home to spread out in rather than a more expensive hotel!

Family trip to Zion National Park
Excellent communication with Tyler, the house was extremely clean and modern. The location was a quiet resedential cul de sac and only 20 minutes to Zion. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard had a fire pit and BBQ if needed. If we are in the area again in the future, we will absolutely stay here.

Phenomenal home near Zion!!!
Myself and 2 friends spent 8 nights here as we were hiking Zion and Bryce. I gave every category 5 stars without hesitation. Only a 15 minute drive to Zion ✅ A spotless, well equipped, quiet, and spacious home ✅. Tyler is a wonderful host ✅ Close to great restaurants, coffee shops, other parks, shopping ✅. Wonderful property close to outdoor activities
Extended family enjoyed our stay at this clean updated property with an easy 25 minute drive to Zion. We cooked used the laundry and enjoyed the backyard and gas grill. House was clean spacious and newer with plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. Grocery store close by. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

Great stay for exploring Zion
My friends and I stayed here for a visit to explore Zion National Park for the day. This house was wonderful! It was clean and spacious with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. We appreciated the toiletries in every bathroom as well as the kitchen supplies that were available. The book with restaurant recommendations was also appreciated! This house is located about 25 minutes from Zion National Park and was an easy drive to get there. We loved spending time unwinding in the lovely backyard after a long day of hiking. We would not hesitate to book this house again.

EXCELLENT HOME for our Zion Vacation
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location was perfect for our trips to Zion during the week. The home was very clean and it had all the amenities of being in our own home. Our evenings were fun around the fire pit making s'mores. Neighborhood was quiet. The River Rock Cafe (off main street) was an extra treat for us! We had a wonderful time. Family Fun
This was the second time we have stayed at this property, Tyler is wonderful to work with, very quick to respond to inquiries and making sure you stay is everything you hoped. The covered patio was perfect to have all the family together for a Barbeque. And sitting around the fire pit making s'mores, laughing, visiting and making memories was the perfect end to our day. Perfect getaway home
Everything in the house was as listed. The house was clean, the check in process was easy, and Tyler checked in with me and I responded but not sure he got them as I was not responding on vrbo app. It was such a lovely place to come back to after a long hike at Zion. The only suggestions I would make is to have a table on both sides of the bed in the front bedroom and let guests know that reservations would be recommended when dining out. All five of us would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent near Zion
