Our private 2-bedroom home sits on the hillside and provides a stunning panoramic view. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or the quiet morning breeze as you view southern Utah from the front porch. Very conveniently located near Zion National Park -- just a short 20 minute scenic drive. Very clean and comfortable home, 2 QUEEN beds, 2 bathrooms -- (NO bathtubs-- Showers only!). Modern kitchen, fully equipped. /washer/dryer. Direct TV & wireless internet. Patio with BBQ

This property is perfectly located between Zion National Park south entrance and west entrance. Great hiking on both sides. Quiet neighborhood. Home is cozy and has everything you need.

We stayed while visiting Zion NP. We were close to all access points to the park and the facilities were exactly as described. Couldn't be more pleased with a vacation rental.

Everything about this place was great. Spacious home, great rural location with an easy drive to Zion National Park. Eileen was gracious and immediately responsive whenever needed. We would happily stay here again and are happy to recommend to others.

We enjoyed staying here. The view out the front door every morning was beautiful. It was close to everything, but still very private. We love southern Utah and would definitely stay here in the future.

After staying at so many motels, it was nice to have a full kitchen and cook some home-cooked meals plus wash our clothes. It was a bit of a drive to get to Zion, but not too bad

Loved our time here- amazing Mountain Views, the house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you’d need, with a great island. It was an easy drive to Zion, very convenient as it’s also close to coffee shop, gas station, grocery store etc. Thank you for hosting!

The property sets up high on the east side of town offering views over the town and the mountains to the west for sunsets. The house was cozy, comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. We ate several of our meals outside looking to the west. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem!!
Excellent stay! The place was so nice and homey and great to come back to after a day of exploring! And speaking of, it's a great location near near Zion National Park. The owners provided everything we needed: bedding, kitchenware, hiking equipment, coolers, etc. When we come back to visit Zion again, we are staying here!

Needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay after our visit to Zion. This place was perfect! Certainly enjoyed sitting out front in the evening watching the beautiful sunset. Not into the crowds found in Springdale or St. George's. Great grocery store nearby. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location and view! Never had a question that wasn't answered by host. There were sugguestions of restaurants and attractions, so if there was any question you had a reputable suggestion available. Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Great place to stay. Close to Zion and other parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. We drove 20-30 mins to Zion, sand dunes state park, and quail lake. Highly recommend ebiking Zion, sand boarding/sledding in sand dunes state park, and stand up paddle boarding in quail lake.

Beautiful Views
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the home. Our intention was to return to Zion national park a second day, but instead we enjoyed the views of the mountains on the front porch which are amazing. The house is very clean and well furnished. Definitely a very comfortable place to stay.
