This beautiful 6 bedroom / 3 bathroom spacious home, is right in the heart of Southern Utah. Zion Adventure Resort can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests, perfect for family gatherings! You will immediately feel right at home driving into this quaint neighborhood. Spend your days lounging and swimming by your private pool and spa, with the pool toys provided and gorgeous mountain views. Even the little ones will be able to enjoy the pool, with a 12” shelf for them to play in (Please note, children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult when in the fenced area.) Challenge each other to games on the Xbox 1 or have Ping pong and foosball tournaments in the game room upstairs. Take off for a quick hike at Zion National Park, only 20 minutes away, for a quick adventure before dinner. Cook a meal the whole family will love in the expansive, fully equipped kitchen, or barbeque out back and enjoy the warm desert nights! Host a family movie night upstairs, with a Smart TV, surround sound, and a Blu-ray player; movie nights have never been so fun! could have been better
The master king bed had sheets that came off at the corners during the night. We reported this but after a lot of back and forth, it was up to us to live with it for 9 nights or buy our own sheets. The extra sheets in the master closet were quite worn/nubby, and the one bottom sheet that we thought looked ok didn't fit the king bed! It makes no sense to me why the owner wouldn't approve the management company to get a new set of sheets. So we did buy an inexpensive set from Walmart by night 3 so we could be comfortable. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the keurig machine was overdue for a cleaning. I sent pictures upon arrival of what I was seeing but nothing was done. The rug and the tv remote were taken care of promptly. It is a nice sized home, well kept outside, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed. My son enjoyed the video game area upstairs. The place needs a deep clean and a few adjustments to tables/chairs that rock. And probably some new bedding and bathroom rugs throughout.

Amazing location for Zion park! Pool was the highlight for sure ! Lots of room for 2 families game are was great too! Overall loved the place. Oven didn’t work really well but owner already addressed. Highly recommend.

Awesome pool and hot tub! Lots of space and close to everything in town. Less than 30 min from Zion! Also excellent short hikes nearby including the three falls trail. Loved our three day stay! Host was responsive!

Zion Adventure
This was a great property that worked well as a home base for our day hikes at Zion National park. The pool was great and we even used the hot tub even though it was soo hot outside. We had a problem with AC on the first day but the property after house line connected us with the right people and they had someone out the next morning to resolve the issue. I would recommend this group.

Big Family Narrows
We had 10 kids from 11-25, 4 adults and and grandma and grandpa. Everyone had their own bed and all married couples had their own room! Kids loved the pool one night. Easy drive to Zions, we hiked the Narrows in February and it was so fun! We rented electric bikes in town and rode them all the way up to the trail head. EPIC! Great BBQ place where we got a huge family meal too.

Nice house in a tight neighborhood.
Guys on a golf trip, we wanted to watch football games at night, and there is no cable service. Servers Roku tvs, with no live tv. That was disappointing. Should at least have basic cable to the main family room.

Heal up and rest
We had a car accident on our way to this place. Had plans for ATV riding, but decided to stay and just relax after the accident. The heated pool and hottub were perfect for our needs. The games, including the xbox helped with our 4 year old, since he didnt understand what had happened and needed activities. All the adults were comfy with their rooms, and the kitchen we nicely set up for some home cooking.

We had a wonderful time at this property. When we weren’t hiking in Zions, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property was clean upon arrival and communication was easy. The property is at the end of the street and it is a quiet location. The only problem we had is that someone in our group stepped on a piece of broken glass out by the pool. It appears that a prior renter broke glass out near the pool and it was missed during cleanup. Other than that, the place was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!
