Nice spot near Santa Ana and Sol, with lots of attractions and dining near by. Staff is friendly and nice, Wifi connection is great. Can be noisy, but not so bad especially considering the location!

This is a delightful hotel especially for the price! Good views across to the Royal Palace, unusual decor and very nice staff.

The hotel is cool looking but the rooms were not very clean. Hallways weren’t very clean. The staff at front desk were amazing and super friendly/helpful.
The beds were cheap and not comfy. The windows were not helpful with blocking out sound, you could hear conversations outside very clearly, ALL NIGHT LONG. If someone moved something on the floor above it was very very loud.
The sky bar isn’t open to the public during the week. Only Thurs-sun.
Bathroom was quite small and not easy to fit in, no counter space. Not enough towel holders for a room that sleeps 6.
