Beautiful oceanview condo in popular Club Cerralvo. You'll love staying at this resort-like complex with its huge pool and outdoor kitchen. Located across the street from beach access, this central location is ideal to access everything that El Sargento and La Ventana offers: from it's world-class kite surfing, incredible soft white sand beaches to the fantastic local restaurants and artisans.

Located on the 2nd floor. this spacious 1 BR condo is designed to take in the incredible ocean and mountain views.

The open-concept floorplan creates a feeling of spaciousness. Curl up on the couch and relax and watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. The couch converts to a Queen size bed for extra space.

The Dining area seats 4 extra comfortably, perfect for a home-cooked meal
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, toaster oven, all the cookware needed, spices and more to enjoy a meal at home

The private terrace with table and chairs for a great way to start your day and breathe in the fresh morning air with a cup of coffee or to wind down the day after the beach with a cocktail or mocktail and enjoy the magnificent La Ventana Bay sunsets. You’ll have a view of the Club Cerralvo Condo swimming pool, and the gorgeous Sea of Cortés

The large bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large build-in closet & wardrobe and laptop-friendly workspace for longer stays or the remote worker

Any access codes or key location information needed will be provided before your check in. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and shared access to Club Cerralvo community areas.

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Pets are not allowed.

Emplacement parfait
Le complexe où se situe l'appartement est parfait, propre et super bien situé. Nous y reviendrions mais pas dans le même appartement. Celui-ci manquait clairement d'entretien. La porte d'entrée était toute abîmée. Le four micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de vérifier si c'était en raison d'un fusible car la boîte de fusibles était en hauteur derrière la laveuse-sécheuse. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le téléviseur et il n'y avait aucune indication pour nous aider à résoudre le problème. La sécheuse ne fonctionnait que pendant 3 secondes. La lumière du ventilateur de la chambre était brisée, les fils pendouillaient. Le lit comportait des plis à notre l'arrivée alors nous avons soulevé les draps et constaté que ceux-ci étaient tachés. Une chance qu'il y avait d'autres draps dans les tiroirs. Nous avons donc refait le lit mais avec des draps très usés avec des élastiques complètement éventés et trop petits pour l'épaisseur du matelas. Les oreillers étaient complètement finis et même le couvre-matelas était taché. Il y avait des trous dans les murs un peu partout mais aucun cadre sur les murs. Un bruit excessif provenait des machines sur le balcon en face la porte d'entrée. Pourtant nous n'avons pas du tout fait fonctionner l'air climatisé pendant tout notre séjour. Bref, cet appartement manque clairement d'amour et d'entretien de la part de son propriétaire.
