Great staff. That’s the best thing here. Everyone makes you feel good. Clean and safe. But the AC doesn’t work. So windows open. And it’s the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend unless AC was working.

A cockroach fell on me from the ceiling while having breakfast. The staff in the front wasn’t always friendly or helpful. The staff did not greet us at times when entering the hotel.

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously ..."
