"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Good food and a great location. Would love to come back and explore the area some more. A nice remote and quiet location in a lovely village up a dead end valley."

"We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed. We were not allowed to use the indoor pool which seemed to be reserved for spa customers. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."

"Ha sido un cúmulo de despropósitos: 1. Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas 2. No tienen WIFI para los clientes, y además los abonados (al menos de Orange) no tienen cobertura de teléfono. Es decir que, ya es grave no poder llamar por teléfono, pero eso no es su responsabilidad. Pero sabiendo esto, que no tengan WIFI ... es tener a los clientes incomunicados. 3. Necesitaba subir un café a mi mujer a la habitación, el bar abre a las 2 de la tarde...

"El servicio y los responsables son amables y simpáticos pero el hotel no ofrece las comodidades mínimas para el tiempo en el que estamos. El hotel está entre la población de Barruera y Boí, es decir en la carretera. En ese punto no llega bien la cobertura y mucho menos 3 o 4G, seria de esperar que el hotel con esa ubicación ofreciera WIFI para sus clientes, pues no es así (decepcionante en los tiempos que corremos ahora). "L'apartament és correcte, amb un pati molt agradable. Els anfitrions molt amables, de tracte molt familiar i proper, cap problema tant a l'hora d'entrar com de sortir. Barruera, com altres pobles del voltant, és molt bonic amb el seu riu i la verdor de les muntanyes. Desde la casa pots fer diferents rutes de senderisme, passejades, bici, etc. També i molt interessant és fer la ruta del romànic. "

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
