This house includes a living room with a sofa bed type BZ in 140cm and a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner hob, a hood, a microwave, a mini electric oven, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer part .

On the night side, a bedroom with 1 bed in 140cm and 2 bunk beds in 90cm.

A shower room and an independent toilet.

You will be able to easily take advantage of the veranda to share your meals or directly in the courtyard to enjoy the sun rays and appreciate the electric barbecue.

You will find a washing machine in the garage used as a storeroom.

PARKING ON GROUND - ELECTRIC BARBECUE - ANIMALS ALLOWED - NEAR BEACH AND TOWN CENTER

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

Maison ronce les bains
Déçu de la location . Pas de lumiere dans la salle de bain, prise de courant non conforme, trou dans le mur ,housse de BZ tachée, toile d'araignée sur le lustre de la la chambre ,alèse de lit tachée..... si vous le voulez jai les photo a l'appuie. Personne a l'arrivée pour vous acceuillir , ni etat des lieux arrivant et sortant . Je ne pense pas que je relouerai par ce site
