"The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. The choice of food is limited when taking into account that they are no way to leave the hotel for a dinner elsewhere especially in the winter time. "Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future. "
