"The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. "Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
