"The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. The choice of food is limited when taking into account that they are no way to leave the hotel for a dinner elsewhere especially in the winter time. "We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past.
