In new building, rent T3 of 65 m2, with covered terrace of 15 m2.
The apartment is on the first floor, with elevator: an entrance, separate toilet, bathroom, 1 ch. with bed 160, 1 bedr. with 2 beds 80 + 1 bed 70, a living room of 35 m2 with fitted kitchen and a sitting area overlooking the terrace.

Parking space reserved on the ground floor, entrance with video code.
2 box bike on the ground floor.

The apartment is located in the heart of La Teste, close to all shops and a very nice indoor market open every day in season.
The unit is 1 km from Arcachon Golf and 1.5 km from Gujean Mestras Golf.

For more comfort to arrive on La Teste, I decided to rent from Sunday, because in season, the access by the road on the basin of arcachon is catastrophic, and the bypass of Bordeaux, for those who arrive from the north, is very often blocked.

Off season, it is possible to rent from 4 days.

Sheets and towels are not provided, optional: 30 € per week.

Appartement agréable, propre et fonctionnel, le marché couvert situé en.face est très appréciable. La voiture est nécessaire pour aller à la plage. Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons profité de toutes les activités qu'offre le bassin d Arcachon: dune, vélo au Cap Ferret, cabane à huites, prés salés, ville d'hiver à Arcachon... Nous reviendrons.
