Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8."

"The staff was very responsive and helpful at Dimora Duomo. Our room was large, modern, and quiet. Breakfast is ordered the night before and brought to the room in the morning. We got good recommendations for sights to see and restaurants from the reception staff. The hotel is not a conventional one - it is located on a busy street in Naples, within an old building with other businesses. It suited our needs just fine. "
