Nice place to stay
Very good appartment, with a real owner very sympathetic. Nice view. Just a bit far away of the train station and a hill to climb when returning from Cinqueterre Terre. Owner was very helpful.

Francisco and his family were most gracious! Stay was phenomenal! His home was as stated and a perfect place to maneuver through the city, train stations, and Cirque Terre ! I would recommend this VBRO ! You will love it and the host !

Amazing property
My adult daughter and I stayed in this property for 2 nights. It was perfect! We were greeted by the owner who even brought a homemade pie for us. You are up a hill from La Spezia offering amazing views from the patio. We drove down to the train station and parked there to take the train into the Cinque Terre. It was a perfect experience

Modern apartment
There were only a few issues staying here, mainly the language barrier. We had a hard time figuring out the washer, stove and heat. The beds were not very comfortable either, but overall we had a good visit.

Italian Vacation
Owners were accommodating and responsive to questions. Property was nice, clean, easy to get to (no steps) and had a nice view of the hills. We drove into the La Spezia train station and parked, and then took the train to the 5 Cinque Terre towns, and that worked very well.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, schöne Hanglage!
Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche in La Spezia und haben von hier aus diverse Ausflüge unternommen ( Cinque Terre, Pisa/Toskana). Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wartung in punkto Geräumigkeit, Sauberkeit und tollen Ausblick (leider nicht direkt auf den Hafen). Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir können dieses Haus nur sehr gut weiterhelfen!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Francesco wartete schon auf uns mit einem tollen Zitronenkuchen. Sehr netter Kontakt. Wohnung war tip top. Umgebung sehr schön, aber Parkplätze sind knapp. Wir waren im Herbst da, da war es kein Problem.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Francesco empfangen. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit: sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem Topzustand. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf La Spezia war grandios. Schade war nur, dass wir wetterbedingt die Terrasse nicht oft nutzen konnten. Der Weg zum Bus 1 oder 14 in die Stadt war über Treppen in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Nur der Aufstieg war etwas mühsam, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für die wirklich schmackhaften Kuchen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend und gratis vorhanden. Insgesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable apartment with great terrace at 20 minutes walk from the center of La Spezia
We had a great week in this apartment. It is perfectly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful, large and comfortable terrace with a view dominating La Spezia every morning at breakfast. We went every day to the railway station (25 minutes walk) to hike on the Cinque Terre beautiful paths, or to the harbour to take a boat. A special thank to the owner Francesco for the cakes we found several times in the morning on our breakfast table.
