The room was spacious and very clean, equivalent to a five star hotel in my opinion. The host was amazing and super responsive. For a small charge, they even offered to do our laundry. The La Spezia harbour is a 15 minutes walk away, from where you can catch ferries and boats to Cinque Terre. Should I return to La Spezia, I know definetly where to stay!

Beautifully decorated and maintained rooms. Brand new. Felt very safe and it was immaculately clean. The owners were very helpful and while there's no front desk they do the cleaning themselves so were often around. Nothing was too much trouble. Water in fridge each day. Would stay again if in the area.

Séjour a La Spezia en famille, a 4, visite de Cinqua Terra. Excellent emplacement très proche de la gare mais sans les nuisances sonores. Très proche du centre historique où on trouve des restaurants, boutiques etc. Service au top. On vous conseil ou vous garer gratuitement quelques rues plus loin. Séjour parfait Merci Lina et son fils pour l'accueil, 5*. Je recommande a tout type de voyageur! Merci

Die Unterkunft war 3 Minuten entfernt vom La Spezia Zentral Bahnhof. Mann kann auch zu Fuß in weniger Minuten die Einkaufmeilen, Restaurants, etc erreichen. Die Unterkunft war wie eine Hotelzimmer, sehr gepflegt, Modern eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Klimaanlage super leise.
