The property is conveniently located close to the train station and "downtown" La Spezia. The apartment is on the basement floor and it is fully furnished of all the essentials to cook and make yourself at home. Some fixtures would benefit of a bit of an upgrade and the stairs to reach the apartment may represent an obstacle to some if having mobility issues. Overall it's very recommended: the owner is exceptional and promptly responded to all my queries!
