The sounds of nature are everywhere and there’s and easy path to wander to the edge of the property if you want to take a stroll. It was also beautifully furnished and we loved hearing about the family history. "A quirky chambre d’hote in a small village, La Grange 41 is quiet and unusual. The decor is very traditional and the owners speak only French. They try hard to give a ‘French experience’."

"Beautiful place to say with spacious gorgeous amenities,great welcome and lovely breakfast.We arrived Tuesday so most local eateries were shut .There is a reasonable restaurant 12 kilometres away but we opted for a straight forward dish at the local walkable pizzaria which was fine .In fact there is free use of the kitchen & Madame keeps a healthy stock of wine & beer that you can purchase.It would have been far more sensitive to bring our own food - next time if it’s a Monday / Tuesday."
