"We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past. Eventually got into the car park and lugged all our stuff into reception by 1545. The reception area was like a zoo. Bags, skis, and people everywhere. We were eventually seen and told our room would be ready in 30 minutes and to go back. 30 minutes later, I went back and was ignored by 4 receptionists who just kept walking past. "It’s one of the best properties we’ve been to. Absolutely fantastic property, location, facilities and staff. Spa and pool is excellent for family to use after a busy day. "

"Found this place a great hotel for my solo stay in Tignes. Service was excellent and friendly and amenities including a ski locker and tons of hot water very good indeed. "

"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. "Good value for money, perfect position on the slopes. Apartment block a bit noisy and the double bed consisted of 2 single matress. Reception good and communicative but the restaurant offer very little chooise and not great"

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Worst ever experience. Never stay here again. They are thieves and always look for over charge the customers. They accused of stealing items from the property that we putted on the cleaning bag. So beware of the this disgusting holiday company."

We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "This is a great place to stay. No frills, but lovely spacious apartment, clean with decent facilities. The staff are lovely, they remembered us from last year! Superb location, a stones throw from the ESF ski school drop off. Excellent value - would highly recommend! "

"We had a fantastic stay in Chamonix, with easy access to the slopes, making our ski days seamless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of comfort and tidiness. The après-ski atmosphere at the terrace was also fantastic, with a lively and inviting vibe. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix!"

Great ski hotel with amazing amenities

"Hotel is in a great location next to the central bus station and is also walking distance to downtown Chamonix. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna overlooking Mont Blanc was the best part of the hotel after a long day on the slopes. My only critique would be if you would like a quiet room to book a room facing the Mont Blanc side to not get noise from the bus station. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
