"The inside of the house was very nice for our group. Beds were comfortable. The location was great for our visits with family living near Boulder and Fort Collins. Mountains are barely visible out the windows so not sure I would call it mountain view. We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice and clean. A couple maintenance items are that the lowest outside step by the door is halfway crumbled and needs to be fixed; and the shower/tub in the hall bath is very slippery so it needs adhesive...
