The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless and have been restored and maintained with pride of ownership. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Some cons included the ants in the kitchen, the "Taco Bed" pull out couch, and the lack of coffee grinder and coffee filters. Extra flatware and cooking utensils needed as well in the condo. You can't beat the location- and really easy to get to restaurants downtown."
