"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

"We had a delightful one week stay in Antibes, with my wife, 92 year old mother and her carer. The apartment is on a leafy avenue, just five minutes from the Antibes beaches, with elevator access. "This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Diese sind aber mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen."

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
