"Process from booking, communication & stay was excellent. Villa is very clean, well equipped and maintained to a high standard. Access to Restaurants, supermarket a short 10 - 15 minute walk. I can without hesitation recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the future."

"This place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near like what it looks in the photos, we had 3 power cuts and potentially life threatening to one of the children we had with us as he needs power to take his medication. 14 hours without power we were locked in the villa as couldn’t get out the electric gates with very little water left and phone batteries on their last legs. I relayed all this information to the host who proceeded to completely ignore us. Completely filthy and nowhere near worth...

Considerable care has been taken in the design of the outside space, which provides various seating areas, a lot of space, plenty of shade, a good size pool, an open air BBQ building and is not over looked. "3 of us stayed here in August for over 2 weeks. It was blistering hot as you’d expect but the lovely pool and aircon saved us! The villa is very well equipped and in a good position near great restaurants. Our only complaint would be that the sun loungers were all broken in some way and it was hard to find one that you didn’t either fall through or collapse back on! 2 of the group refused to use them! "We arrived at the villa at half past midnight as we got lost due to incorrect directions. When we arrived we noticed there were 3 doors with broken handles one of which ment a 4 year old little girl was trapped inside her bedroom until we heard her crys. The villa was very tired looking and we noticed that although we paid a few thousand pounds for our stay we had broken beds, leaky showers, only 3 sunbeds (all of which were broken and there were 16 of us). "Advertised as air conditioned, this villa is not, as it was turned off and locked from cooling. we had fans in each room. The Sofas had woollen covers on to protect the leather (stuck to the chairs) and your clothes from sticking to the real leather and staining them. To irritating to sit for more than a short period of time. Pool was not clean, green mould around the corners, cleaned as best we could before swimming in it, the pool cleaning guy turned up spent two hours cleaning it two days...

"Really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place. As two families (3 adults and 1 teenager and 2 younger kids) there was plenty of room inside for us to have our own space. The outside space was amazing and the kids loved the pool (despite the cool October water!) The location was ideal with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Communication with Steve before and during the trip was excellent. We’d definitely return and would recommend to anyone."
