"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly and there are lots of woods and nature to explore!! The owner Gilles is very easy to communicate with and answers your texts very quickly. The kitchen was fantastic for all of the family meals - lots of room and an excellent oversized oven and gas range. The glass fireplace is very easy to use and is welcoming and cozy. "Det var et dejligt hus, og Celine var meget behjælpelig hele ugen. Alt fungerede perfekt, og vi kan kun anbefale stedet. Vi spillede golf på banen i Cély , og den kan vi også anbefale. I Melun (14 km) kan man tage hurtigtoget til Gare de Leon. Når man skal til Paris."

"We were very happy with our holiday. The accommodation was historic and beautiful with plenty of room for four adults and three children. The hosts were friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. The position of the accommodation was within easy driving distance of many attractions including Disney, a water park, a medieval town and Fontainebleau. Paris is easily accessible by train. We spent a happy two weeks there despite mixed weather and would certainly recommend it."

"The purpose of our visit was to attend the Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival at Fontainebleau. Fontainebleau is an easy run from Poligny and definitely a place worth exploring. Beautiful countryside and a very relaxed atmosphere. The Gite was comfortable and we enjoyed meals outside in the courtyard under the beautiful ash tree. "We found the house was a comfortable base for our stay visiting Paris for the Olympic Games. It is conveniently located only about 15 minutes drive from Tournan-en Brie which is on two RER lines which take you into the centre of Paris in 30-45 minutes. The house is well equipped and stayed cool during some very hot weather. The welcome was friendly and efficient giving us all the information we needed. "We stayed 3 nights at this cozy place, which was calm, quiet, and peaceful. The unit is in a garden setting. The fragrant linden tree was in flower, and the red current bushes were full of edible berries. We had access to trail bikes, which we used to explore the countryside. The hosts were very kind and attentive."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."
