Bathed in light, the living space with its 3m ceiling offers beautiful volumes conducive to relaxation and sharing.
All the comfort to rest: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, traditional coffee maker + Senséo coffee maker, toaster.
Sleeps: A double bed room with shower room, WC. A second bedroom with a double bed upstairs. Convertible sofa 2 places in the living room and / or additional mattress upstairs.
Large screen / 3D TV, WiFi access
A second separate WC from the bathroom and a dressing room are now also available (8 m² more).
Shared garden without vis-à-vis of about 150 m², terrace, barbecue / plancha, hammock, sunbeds, tables, chairs, parasol.
You will be seduced by the proximity of the city center and the shops that surround it. Please note, probably from January 2024, La Rochelle will expand its paid parking zone less than 10 minutes from the city center, green zone 9 a.m. 12 p.m. 2 p.m. 6:30 p.m.

Very enjoyable stay. Loads of space and very nice garden. Not ideal to have downstairs toilet for upstairs bedroom.

A break between rugby matches
We were here for a few days between matches in 2023 rugby world cup. I've been to La Rochelle before and loved my time here so it was the obvious place. Flaurents property was lovely. Spacious, clean, well equipped and what a brilliant host he was.

We had a lovely time in Florent’s house. Suited the four of us well for day trips, exploring La Rochelle and lazy times. There is no reason not to return.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est très ensoleillée et confortable. Le petit jardin permet de prendre ses repas au calme et de se détendre. L ‘ accès au centre ville est très facile à pied.

Geweldig!
Een heerlijk huis op loopafstand van het centrum la Rochelle. In de buurt is heel veel te doen. Zowel overdag als in de avond. Houdt er rekening mee dat het betaald parkeren is bij het verblijf.

Lovely house, beautiful location
Florent the owner was extremely helpful and pleasant before our visit, on arrival and during our 7 night stay. The property is tastefully converted, spacious and well equipped, located in a residential suburb just a few minutes from the central old town district and harbour. We loved the sunny garden for relaxing and also the daily walk down to the main market to buy wonderful fresh food. Also there is a very friendly bakery just a few doors along from the property. Parking could have been an expensive concern though. The town have brought in restrictions to non residents parking on street within the central areas including where the property is located. My understanding of French wasn’t good enough to work out a way of not being required to move my car every 4hrs in the daytime and pay 8€ each time. Maybe there is a solution! I emailed the tourist information for assistance and they just sent me a brochure of the town’s attractions. We were lucky to find space in a street nearby that seemed to have got missed out of the parking controls but were then slightly reluctant to take the car out to see some of the other sites in the surrounding area. However I understand that it has been necessary to limit traffic in the narrow streets of the town so that everyone can see and appreciate all the history and atmosphere that La Rochelle has to offer. You need to keep alert for speeding cyclists and scooter riders though!

Belle maison située proche du centre ville de La Rochelle. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle pour six personnes, le jardin est top. Florent est arrangeant. Nous recommandons cette belle maison pour un séjour à La Rochelle !!!

Belle et confortable location. Très bien située à deux pas d'une boulangerie dans un quartier charmant où j'allais dans le centre ville, au Vieux Port, à pied avec mes enfants. Et surtout merci Florent pour votre accueil ! Nous reviendrons!

Un hébergement de qualité dans une jolie maison proche du centre
Un tres bon sejour passé a La Rochelle dans cette jolie maison bien entretenue dotée de tous les equipements necessaires. Le jardin permet des moments conviviaux autour d'un bon repas. La proximité du centre ville, facilement accessible à pied, est un vrai plus . Et mention speciale au proprietaire, à l'ecoute de ses hôtes, soucieux de leur bien être, et disponible à toute sollicitation. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet hébergement, en famille avec 3 adultes et 1 ado . L'avis tres favorable est unanime

Herrliches Haus in La Rochelle
Das sehr geräumige und schöne Ferienhaus von Florent hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist sehr ruhig und dennoch stadtnah gelegen, hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Liegen, einer Sitzecke und einem Gasgrill und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Selten haben wir ein solches Ferienhaus erlebt, in dem nichts fehlt. Florent hat uns überaus freundlich und sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk begrüßt und war immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, ein idealer Gastgeber! Viel Wert wird auf Umweltschutz gelegt, angefangen von Mülltrennung und Kompost bis zur Wärmepumpe. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist das Haus ideal mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und wir würden jederzeit das Haus wieder mieten. Merci, Florent!

Un bel endroit, un bel accueil, un beau sejour
Maison de ville pleine de charme, dotées de toutes les commodités possibles et plus encore avec son jardin très bien agencé et équipé, idéalement situé, l'hyper centre étant accessible à pied tout en pouvant garer sa voiture facilement et gratuitement dans la rue.
