"Excellent hotel with very helpful staff and Central location "

"Have stayed here before so know the hotel is in a great position in the old port. Room was on the small side however and would have liked a bath but only a shower available. There was a kettle in the room but no cups (?) and no fridge"

"Fantastic hotel in beautiful La Rochelle . Stayed here twice , once going south then on return. Brilliant location with short walk into town. Staff amazing , very friendly and customer focused. The rooms were stunning and parking very easy and secure. Will use this hotel on all future stays in La Rochelle ."

"First time to La Rochelle - had to use a public car park but it's just a street away. Off season so a skeleton staff - friendly and good English- but tiny part-time bar and expensive breakfast we didn't try. Had a nice terrace over looking a garden that was a touch... post apocalyptic- but it was quiet and the room we had all we needed. Lovely spacious building and very nicely located."

"This is one of our favourite hotels and was our fourth time staying there. The location is excellent- right in the centre of town- but peaceful. The staff are v friendly and helpful; great breakfast; on site parking which is particular helpful in La Rochelle. A wonderful spa. Generally a lovely place to relax"

"Hotel itself was fascinating: a town-centre, music-themed gem. The venerable age of the buildings contrasted pleasantly with the modern decoration. Beware of potentially occasional noise from the street, given the location! The staff were most helpful throughout. "
