"Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7. "We stayed in the Love Suite and it was beautiful! The giant windows offered breathtaking views, and the room was spacious, with many amenities. "I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. "Very good B and B in a quiet neighbourhood of Bassano. We were very late checking in but the manager made arrangements with our host to enable us to get into the property very late. "We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"The room was very nice however the conditioning must have been turned off as the room was very warm during the night. It was nice to have underground parking as it rained while we were there. The breakfast buffet was good however the evening meal was not and service was slow. "

"The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare. "

Nice stay in Vicenza

"The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an envelope on the front desk. There is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping center with a grocery store right across the street."

"Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy "
