LA QUINTA STVR PERMIT #243736. Beautiful view from the deck of this peaceful Casita with comfortable king bed. Huge bathroom with separate shower and tub. Mini-bar area with fridge, coffee maker and microwave for snacks and light refreshment. Perfect location in the complex with lap pool, BBQ's and outdoor fireplace just downstairs. Adjacent to the forest of hammocks for extreme lounging and very near the main pool area and workout facilities. A perfect little spot to escape and relax. Enjoy!

Legacy Villas Resort is a guard-gated community with 24 hour security and boasts 12 pools onsite, well-equipped complimentary fitness center, peaceful walking paths, BBQ area, outdoor dining areas a cozy outdoor fireplace area and lovely hammock garden. Take the short walk to the infamous La Quinta Resort and Spa next door, hop in the car to reach Old Town and everything in La Quinta in minutes or simply bask in your peaceful glory on the terrace.
