And for sleeping arrangements, this four-bedroom home boasts luxurious beds with high thread count linens, en suite baths, TVs, and more!

Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
For long term stays over 28 nights, there is a utility deposit that needs to be collected at time of booking. $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This covers the utility bills (electric/gas/pool heat).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay Away From Homes Managed by Vacasa
We found Legends Retreat to be comfortable, clean, and consistent with what is advertised in the VRBO listing. While we enjoyed our stay, there are certainly property and administrative improvements that would of brought our stay to 5 stars. The home technology systems (TV, lighting, HVAC, Audio) are outdated, cumbersome, and difficult to operate. The pool (spa) operational controls need to be updated and simplified. The putting green is worn, old, and needs to be replaced. The BBQ system, while working, needs maintenance, as the pilot switches are worn and difficult to operate, and control valves worn and difficult to adjust. The kitchen is well stocked and we found preparing meals enjoyable. The furniture, beds, chairs, sofas, and living arrangements were comfortable and clean. The slider door to the patio needs maintenance as it is difficult to operate. What was most disappointing with our trip was Vacasa. This management team is very difficult to work with and the homeowner needs to be aware of the struggles and challenges we had to not only confirm our reservation, but secure information about the home and manage our reservation. Calling the Vacasa 800 number is a total waste of time as one is directed to an overseas call center who has no current information, is difficult to understand and basically a total waste of time.

worn out property
the property had a lot of issues, lights, appliances, bbq not functioning, pool heat, etc, etc. Property mgt was a major fail, we called to have items addressed, they did not show up as scheduled on both attempts. We paid a lot of money for what we thought was a premium property and had a horrible experience. Ability to contact responsible parties was difficult. Will not use vrbo/vacasa in the future

This house was beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice.
We loved the house and rental process was easy. However, We had a few questions during our stay and could not get through to Vacasa on their “24 hour” line to speak to someone. We tried calling 4 different times, different times of the day. We did report to Vacasa that the front door lock was broken. Other than that our family had a nice time.

Great for large families and would def stay again!
overall we were very happy with the property!!! it was well stocked with lots of amenities. that said, no stay is ever 'perfect' and as such we did run into some technical challenges ie. dialing in indoor temp, spa circuit breaker tripping a couple different times, getting used to the tricks w/ the fancy multi-tv living room setup (btw, at the time of of our trip, the main tv in living room had a red vertical line on the right side of the screen), and for the last night for some reason the pool/spa lights weren't working (worked fine previous evenings) but prop mgmt was super responsive/helpful and even with the small hiccups, we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home; stunning backyard; hard to leave
Legends Retreat is an absolutely gorgeous home located on a beautiful golf course. The house is BIG and has 4 bedrooms indoors and a casita. The master bedroom is amazing. The air conditioning works great. The highlight of this property is the yard…pool with waterfalls; golfing green, bbq area, shaded seating…it’s heavenly. Can I complain about a couple things? Sure. The pool needs to be resurfaced and the bottom of the pool scratched my feet badly. The towels are old. The glassware and cutlery could be better. The drains in the showers back up. The master bedroom mattress isn’t good. Overall, a great getaway!

This property is huge. 5 bedrooms and a fabulous backyard with pool, spa , fire pit and putting green. Very comfortable . The check in process could have gone a little smoother after many calls but finally was resolved.

The back yard is an oasis!!!
Amazing, truly amazing back yard. Pictures don’t do it justice. The floor plan of the home is great but the furnishings are dated and could use updating. The beds are simply awful. Which is why I’m giving it only 4 stars. We would love to stay in this amazing property again but the bed situation is a show stopper. Please, please get new beds and linens and we will book you place every time we come out to La Quinta!!

Amazing house, misleading listing, mediocre customer service
Great house - 10/10 for backyard pool get away and amenities including beautiful master bathroom and great kitchen. The listing was listed approx. $600 under what my card was charged prior to our stay. 3x calls to customer service line averaging 45m each lead to no resolve. Company claimed marketing mistake but refused to recognize their advertised price. Will not rent from vrbo again.
