Just a mile from this vacation rental, you'll find several restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and big box stores all along Highway 111. The Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Empire Polo Club, just a little over six miles from your door. Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is only seven miles east of this rental if you want to try your luck at some adult gaming. Or bring your clubs and book your spot on several fantastic golf courses in the area, some of which are world-famous!
THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two security cameras on-site: one mounted underneath the back awning facing the pool area and one inside the home in the living room. Cameras are disconnected during guest occupancy.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
