A fully remodeled upstairs studio Spa Villa on the grounds of La Quinta Resort. The unit has a king bed, a separate living area with a full sleeper sofa and a bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Enjoy views of the Santa Rosa mountains from dual balconies and a pool and hot tub just steps from the front door. The unit has two TVs, a mini-fridge and microwave. Located in one of quietest areas of La Quinta Resort, you will enjoy tranquility but still have access to the world-class Waldorf Astoria property. The condo is a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. The property can be combined with SV109 (Secluded One Bedroom Spa Villa Opening to the Pool) to create a spacious two story unit with two master suites (subject to availability). Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER.

The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned town homes surrounding Spa La Quinta. Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the town homes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

The resort was busy, but that was really only noticeable at the restaurants in the evening. There are so many pools, walking paths excetera that we we're never in a crowd and always had plenty of privacy and peace and quiet.

The VRBO offered the ability to stay at a great golf resort at a much reduced cost. The accommodations were as described with a few extra amenities not mentioned (toaster, toiletries, paper plates, cups, glasses), in addition to the microwave and mini-fridge. It was all very clean. Communication worked well. I would definitely do it again!

Always a lovely getaway
My wife and I come to this property at least once a year. We always thoroughly enjoy our stay. We have stayed in different rooms throughout the property, and although this particular stay was not as meticulously cleaned as our previous units, and despite there being a guest in a nearby room which had very loud children and were heavily intoxicated over the weekend, management was quick to respond and helped us navigate the issues. Overall, as always, we will be back.

located on the property at the la quinta resort is wonderful. Walk to restaurants, beautiful soothing grounds. If you have an electric car difficult to find any working outlet in garages to charge. Our internet didnt work and the hairdryer needs to be replaced/didnt work. Otherwise we love staying anywhere at La Quinta Resort

Loved it!!! Planning on going again next year! Finding where to put the trash was the only issue. There were no dumpsters around and the small orange hotel trash bins were overflowing. Not nice to see at such a beautiful resort!

LaQuinta is not what it used to be
Unit is shopworn. Stained carpet ratty drapes toilet seat poorly fitted. Biggest gripe is the resort. Stayed 11 days and pool cleaned last day. Hot tub was gamey greenish. Same towels on chair untouched for entire stay. Legacy Villas are much better though fewer amenities.

I stayed here for a conference that was at the Hyatt, which was unfortunately all booked. I was happy to have stayed here because it was much quieter. The space was plenty spacious for just me and I slept very comfortably. It is a bit out of date so it showed some signs of wear and tear (i.e., paint in the bathroom, the french windows didn't close completely and the window lever was broken, shower had no shelving at all for products other than a soap dish, etc). The hair dryer was broken, but after alerting the manager, they promptly brought a brand new one. Luckily it was quiet and empty, so parking was no problem, but the covered spaces are small and the cars that were there took up more than one spot. Overall, I would be likely to stay here again if I'm in the area!
