Guests enter the spacious condo from an a private front courtyard. A full kitchen sits to the right as you walk towards the main living area. The kitchen features every major appliance highlighted by a 6 burner Viking cooktop. Food storage and meal preparation is made easy with a large refrigerator/freezer, built-in oven and microwave and multiple small appliances. The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a dining table with seating for four. The kitchen has a view of the great room. The great room has a dining table with seating for six on the upper tier and a large living area on the bottom tier. The living area has a couch, chairs, flat screen TV, fireplace and wet bar. The living area opens to the back patio with an outdoor dining table and built-in gas grill. The master bedroom sits off the living area to the left as guests face the back of the condo. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed, TV chest, nightstands and views of the golf course. There is a roomy walk-in closet in between the bedroom and master bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, jetted tub and water closet. The two guest bedroom sit at the other end of the condo. The guest bedroom features a cal king bed, TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and built-in desk. Both guest bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additional amenities include a full laundry room, a private two car garage and two community pools/hot tubs within a short-walk. Review
The property has a great location, and is very spacious. We loved the fact that each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is some deferred maintenance they need to take care of. Also they need to stock items in the kitchen, such as foil, plastic wrap etc. There was a very limited amount of towels in the bathrooms. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

All about the view!
House host California Vacation Villas we’re great they presented us with a clean house and they were quick to solve two minor problems. But whoever owns this house, COME ON! Carpeting is really really bad and the pots, pans and grill are not far behind. A decent vacuum cleaner and some brighter light bulbs would help as well. Seriously a few $$$$ would make your place a 10 and not a 6 But what a view!!

Didn’t disappoint!
Overall, we had a great stay! The house is much bigger than we were expecting and as other reviews mention it is a bit outdated but still great for the price. The view is beautiful, especially at night. Perfect for a larger family since each room has its own bathroom.

This property is great. Love the floorplan - very open with large rooms. However, it may be time for some updates however. Definitely showing it's age - 80's maybe? Carpet needs replacing or cleaning.

The property was beautiful. We really loved the location. The host was great about providing the information we needed to check in and navigate the house. The carpet in the living room was slightly soiled, I'm assuming from dogs. However, it didn't smell. We didn't mind since the house is pet friendly; which is why we brought our dog. I would stay there again.

The good: The place is very large and comfortable. The rooms are nice, attractive, and it's a very easy and comfortable place to stay. The pictures do it justice. The location is great, i like to take long walks around, and was able to do so, quite comfortably. the view west towards the mountains/foothills was very pleasant. I'm not a golfer so couldn't care less about the golf course and that didn't matter. Jacuzzis and pools were close and convenient and nice, if a little dated. One thing to do if you walk around--nod hello to neighbors and say hello and how are you. everyone is very friendly and pleasant so it makes your walk more pleasant. and there are a huge number of lemon and orange and grapefruit trees as you walk around. for those that are close to the street, you can pick the fruit and bring it back to the unit for a snack or breakfast, but don't take more than you are going are going to eat, that would be rude. there are supposedly big horn sheep in the area, you have to be careful around them, but i didn't see any myself. they said they didn't have seasonings, but they really do, there is a lazy susan type thing with lots of seasonings in it. not sure if they are fresh, we didn't use them, but they are at least there. the not so good (not going to say bad, but this could be improved): there is a lot of deferred maintenance in this unit. The light switches are mostly broken and the knobs are falling off the switches. The beds are showing their age and are a little too soft. the couch in the living room is too worn in/out, and is very soft. the dishwasher utensil spot is broker and opens up as you open or close the diswasher door, so the utentsils spill all over the interior. They really need to take this unit off the market for about two weeks to a month and refresh it and fix things. That would make this a spectacular unit and would avoid the reviews that say the same thing as this. i'm also disappoined in the management company. We called about a few things, noone answered and they didn't call back till the next day. this is definitely not the fault of the owners or the unit, its the management company. they need to fix their phone system so it doesn't hang up on you and so they answer it after hours. even when we finally got someone, it was clear it was an answering service and they knew nothing about the unit. the owner might want to consider another management company but we would rent again

Girlfriend Getaway
This was our second time renting this property. We like it as it is very spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. The kitchen is well equipped. We would prefer a coffee pot to the Keurig that was there this year. The carpets had been recently cleaned, an improvement over last year. You have to be careful with the water temperature in the showers. It seems to fluctuate from cool to very hot without touching the faucet. All in all, this is a nice place.

Great location and floorplan
Stayed with friends during recent golf trip. Everything was as advertised. Check in was seamless. Layout of property was excellent. The Home showed signs of age (carpet stains, missing paint on one wall, etc.) but, we were only “home” to sleep, so it was not a big deal. Would rent the unit next trip without question. Watching bighorn sheep traverse the nearby mountain side at dawn and dusk was an unadvertised bonus.

The location and layout of this unit is excellent. It looks like it has never been updated but is clean with the exception of the carpet which is stained and looks dirty. Pets are allowed so that might result in the carpet being stained, but it didn't look like any attempt was made to clean the carpet in some time. We have encountered this in other units we have rented in PGA West. I think that the owners, in general, are not wiling to block off time to properly clean the carpets when the unit could be bringing in rent. The electric stovetop in the kitchen does not work - the burners do not stay on. Management sent a repair person who did their best, but he was unable to get the stovetop to work consistently so we were unable to cook. The water in this area is undrinkable - horrible taste - so be sure to buy bottled water. The owners have turned off the outside ceiling fan, the outside awnings and the fireplace so as to prevent their use by renters. It would have been nice to have been told that these features were not available to us. Overall this is a good unit for larger groups (we did not use the third bedroom) as long as you are aware of some of the shortcomings. Beds were comfortable. Daily visits by long horned sheep were a treat.

Overall a nice property. Could use a little updating peeing wallpaper in restroom lots of lightbulbs are out and refrigerator needs water and air filters replaced. Main living and dining area are warm due to high ceilings and skylights. Some of the cookware could use replacing one pot is rusting out non useable. Beautiful views of mountains and very spacious home very comfortable for 6 adults. Pool is close and kept up very nice. Close to shopping and lots of eating out options.

Great Stay!
The unit is a little tired and the carpets are dirty, but overall we loved the location, price and the little added details. Those details were the individual dish soap, clean sponge, individual soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms - so much nicer than coming in to partially used items. It may have been done because of COVID, but I hope you continue to do that - it just feels good. We hope to return to you next Memorial Day weekend.

It was as pictured...plenty of space..great for two couples who wanted en-suite king bedrooms. Loved the big horn sheep that came down to the patio from the gorgeous mountains! The kitchen supplies were lacking...they should get a new knife set (Costco has great deals) ...they need a peeler and good sterile cutting board...one of the electric range top isn’t working ... The patio awning electric switch didn’t function and with the major wind storm we tried to bring it in (it was out when we arrived)...as a neighbor’s one was destroyed...we texted property management and they didn’t respond...my husband had a pliers in his vehicle and climbed a ladder to bring it in. Another problem was when one of our couples arrived and was told at the entry gate they didn’t have their names from the property manager and had to wait 30 minutes before that was corrected

Description of property was accurate and enjoyed the stay overall. Great location and quiet area. Some items need attention. Carpet was clean but permanently stained in high traffic areas of living room and MBR. Porch awning not working and would have ben nice to shield the afternoon sun. Living room could use a second couch. Just couch and two chairs accommodates four but no more. Liked spacious bedrooms individually climate controlled with lots of storage. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Would stay again

Tranquility at Its Finest
This place is truly a respite and sanctuary of relaxation. Every bedroom is well-appointed with very comfy beds, nice, clean sheets and towels, AC, and smart TVs. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking with a group, and nothing is better than sitting on the patio for an evening BBQ dinner, listening to the cicadas under the stars. The management company is excellent. If you are looking for a place to completely unwind, but that still feels homey, stay here. The view simply cannot be beat!

Clean, spacious home with a gorgeous view of the surrounding hills, palm trees, and the golf course. The swimming pool was a thirty second walk. The entire gated community was immaculate, beautifully landscaped, and inviting. A gate with security staff made us feel safe and secure. The location was close to everything we went to. My children loved it and want to stay here again on our next visit.
