Relax with your morning coffee and afternoon beverages viewing the mountains. The wrap-around patio has multiple seating areas and dining beneath a shade tree. The home features dual master suites, a third bedroom, and a living room.
The community of Laguna de la Paz features a lake with a walking path for your daily exercise. The clubhouse features a fitness center, a large pool with mountain and lake views, a pool table, a big screen TV, a kitchen, 5 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, and paddle boats for the lake.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.
