464 Legacy 3 bedroom villa

This beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bath, single-story Villa has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. Large screen TV in the living room with movie channels. Smaller TV in the master bedrooms. The large patio just off the living room has spectacular views of the mountains. Enjoy cocktails and dining from your private outdoor dining room.

8 guest maximum over night, 12 guest daytime maximum

There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, fitness center and multiple pools. Enjoy the pool & spa just steps from your vacation home. The clubhouse can accommodate larger groups with catering available.

The property has an electric grill and the pool at the clubhouse has propane grills. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED.

For families with children, there is an over-sized children's pool with turtles spouting water for the young ones. The entire community is nestled in a small cove with mountains on three sides.
There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

No high-profile cars are allowed.

We have 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Honda CR-V, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2019 Mini Convertible, and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Great weekend getaway
The house felt so much better than a hotel we were able to gather bring food and have a lovely reset before we move into the final 90s days of the year. The host was lightning quick responding to any questions I had. The house was beautiful. It felt like a resort. And of course, legacy villas property is stunning with plenty of places to relax and inwind in the beautiful Cove beneath the mountains.

The villa was beautiful and so well equipped. Very spacious with great bed configurations. Pool and hot tub was a great perk, except for the bees. Location was oerfect for great restaurants and Indian Wells Tennis Tournament.

We have stayed at many places within Legacy Villas and this unit has it all. Updated, light and airy. Every necessity you could need including a fully stocked kitchen and two car garage! Two pools just steps away. We loved it! Thank you!

Great house, great location, the whole complex is beautiful and well maintained.
we stayed 6 adults and 2 children the bedroom set up was great with one room having two double beds each with a single on top(bunk beds). Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need, the home is well maintained the new carpet was great will definitely stay here again

Lovely and well-appointed!

Great holiday stay!
This home was fantastic- very well appointed and comfortable for two families traveling over the July 4th holiday. My only note is that I was under the impression that this home was located in the La Quinta Resort itself- it is not. This is not a bad thing at all- we may have just been confused. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Beautiful place!
This was place was even better than described in the listing! The patio had a lovely view of the mountains -- it was so nice to sit out there with my morning coffee and watch the birds flit around. There were 3 couples on the trip and we each had our own bathroom (2 of the rooms had ensuite bathrooms). It was really the perfect size and vibe for our long weekend. My husband and I may even do some real estate searching in the area, we liked that so much as well.

Peaceful setting and beautiful views!
We booked here before covid hit and had planned it as a family retreat for the month of Feb. All of our initial guests canceled but we found others who joined us for short periods of time and everyone loved this place. The condo itself was lovely...the high ceilings and open concept gave the place a very large airy feel. The 2 master suites with king beds made it so comfortable for our guests. All the furnishings were quality and the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you might want! Margie was a dream property mgr. We discovered a problem with the TV's and she was over in 15 minutes to deal with the cable company, and then we discovered the oven wasn't working (stovetop was) and she had a new oven ordered and delivered in 2 days and brought us over her brand new Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer to tide us over. We did a lot of walking/hiking but also spent a lot of time at the pools. There are 11 pools on the property and 3 pools are just a short walk and one is a designated quiet pool, which I loved since my favorite pasttime on a vacation is reading poolside! FYI: during high season you must sign up for a pool time slot on the weekends. You can sign up at the clubhouse starting at 8am on Sat. Know the pool number you want and have your parking pass with you! We loved our stay here. It's a definite 5 star VRBO!

Perfect Family Stay.... Seriously. Highly Recommend!
My wife, 2 small children under the age of three, and I had a perfect stay. We stay in vacation rentals often and I can honestly say that this was arguably the best vacation rental experience we have ever had due to how clean, well-appointed, and nicely furnished the villa was during our stay. A few highlights: - From the floors (very important w/ small children!) to the kitchen to the bathrooms to the outside patio... everything was spotless. - The bedding in all rooms was high-quality and very hotel-like, which is a rarity with most vacation rentals I’ve stayed at. Like most 4 and 5-star hotels, my wife and I probably slept better here than we did at home. Resting our head was a treat at this villa, which is how all vacation rentals should be—though very few are. Pre-sleep thoughts at most vacation rentals are “this bed is really uncomfortable” or “I hope this bedding is cleaner than it looks.” Not here! - The bathrooms came equipped with nice soap and shampoo choices. It was obvious that the owner went the extra mile to keep the bathrooms stocked and organized. This was a nice reprieve from most vacation rentals, where what's provided is of questionable quality or origin, or is simply the remnants from the last visitor's stay. - The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a real meal. We cooked some basic meals for our small kids and we had no problems finding everything we needed to cook, serve, and eat our meals. - I didn't think much of the living room couches from the pictures. However, they seemed to be brand new and were extremely comfortable. In addition, 4 or 5 of the sections reclined. Again… extremely comfortable. - The patio is not as nice as it looks in the picture. It's nicer! The pictures of the ground floor patio really attracted me to this particular villa. However, I lowered my expectations before we arrived because I thought there was no way it could be as nice as in the pics. I was wrong. It’s every bit as nice and spacious, and as an added bonus, it offers incredible views of the mountains that but up against the back of the resort. I have never given a vacation rental this positive or long of a review, but this villa deserved it. Also, this villa had no reviews when I booked it, so I wanted to do my good deed for the day and give this villa and owner the kudos it deserves. This owner went the extra mile to provide a great stay for my family, so I’m more than happy to repay the favor. Thanks, Shawn
