"Good, ready in a pinch during a storm, good breakfast and a nice checkout time "

"I love staying at this lodge. Its my go to accommodations when traveling to lake michigan in the winter. I love being off the beaten path, the esthetic of the lodge and the supper club/lodge. However, this stay i stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes while the front desk worker was on the phone helping somone else book a room. Only once did she acknowledge me to say "she'd be back" and left the foyer all together for a while. When she did complete the call sometime later she asked how she could help me and i inquired if we could check in early...i think we were a half hour early and she replied that it wasnt check in time yet. After standing there that long for service i almost left and would have never come back. She then added let me see if your room is ready. Start to finish she seemed annoyed by her job. I did not feel welcomed at all. And i had been do excited for my bf to experience this lodge. "

"Super clean, hot tub was amazing. Only stayed 2 night but definitely want to come back during the summer!! "

" The shower was very clean and room was also. The room smelled good. The breakfast was also very good They have Togo bags as well. All the amenities were fully stocked inside of the room. The general manager, and staff were very kind and polite. "

"This place was wonderful! The views of the lake were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. All of the amenities you could want and more. It was a great locale for our family stay. We hope to visit again!"
