"Me and my family stayed at VIP residence for 2 nights, it is located in a very good spot, a 10 mins walk to Roseau. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable for our family. It came with an equiped kitchen and the basic things you may need. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommmend. "

Or il faut prendre un chemin très hasardeux, rempli de trous divers et en terre, qui nous emmène dans la montagne. Le chauffeur de taxi était furieux. Le logement en lui-même n'était pas vraiment propre, gras sur les plans de travail, les lits qui grinçaient, beaucoup de bruits avec la climatisation, fenêtres qui ne s'ouvraient pas pour aérer d'où une odeur de...

"We stayed at Ryan's property for 3 weeks while we explored beautiful Dominica. The place was very clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy and everything worked. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was quite comfortable with a sizeable deck overlooking Portsmouth Harbour and Cabrits National Park. Guadeluope is also visible in the distance. It's a little bit of a climb from the main road but the view is spectacular and definitely worth it. We would stay there again for sure."

"The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far."

"It was on the top of a house and that made it seem special. AC was in the bedroom and could cool the apartment. It had US plugs for 110 volt current all over the apartment. Even had an umbrella for a tropical storm that blew near. Close enough to the capital of Roseau and on the north side. Therefore, ease in traveling north of the country."

"This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. "Very spacious, only one reasonable step outside, then all one level. Great views. Note that it is up a steep hill, if you don't plan to have a car. (That steep hill buys you those views!) Very large kitchen. A/C in bedrooms only, but that was more than enough. Small desk was great for doing a bit of work. Parking just outside the door. Strong Internet. Ryan was very responsive. Fantastic value for the price."
