Chalet de la Mine 2, 150 m², 10 people, in the heart of Plagne 1800

Chalets with a Savoyard style, you will be seduced at first sight. Renoved in 2018, the two chalets offer quality materials and a mountain decoration that perfectly combines modernity and authenticity.
Chalets de la Mine are located in the heart of Plagne 1800, near shops and restaurants. This village will satisfy your desires. You have direct access to the ski area, just 250 metres away on foot to join the ski lift that takes you to the large Paradiski area. Children, alone or with an instructor, will be able to ski in the beautiful beginner's area, which has been specially set up nearby.
When the slopes close, bars and restaurants open their doors for a friendly moment. You have the possibility to rent both of the Chalets de la Mine to welcome a larger tribe.

CHALET DE LA MINE 2
150 m² - 4 levels – 4 bedrooms chalet sleeps up to 10.

At level -1:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x190) + 2 bunk beds (80x190) + shower room + heated towel rail + separate toilet + flat screen TV.

Ground floor:
- Ski room with shoe dryer.
- Living room with a corner sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, balcony with view on Plagne 1800 slopes.
- Fully equiped kitchen: hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette set.
- Table for 10 people maximum.

1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (80x190) + shower room + heated towel rail + separate toilet + flat screen TV.

2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x190) + shower room + heated towel rail + separate toilet + flat screen TV.

Note: 2 hair dryers in the chalet.

• End of stay cleaning service is included. The kitchen area (dishes, floor and surfaces) must be left clean (additional cleaning: €150). €150 fees will be payable on site if the kitchen area and dishes are not cleaned by the customer upon departure.

Price does not include:
• Damage deposit: 2000€/stay, required on arrival. The deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with the rules of the establishment or the non-return of the keys at the end of the stay.

Pet: 100€/week – limited to 1 animal (-15 kg).
