"The property is very well equiped, comfortable with many areas for our large family to read or socialise. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve party outdoors with family and friends and Christmas lunch also outside at the garden table. Marie Rose is a wonderfully attentive host and everything was as promised. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed our stay."

Bathrooms good and showers fine. Very enjoyable family get away. Area is a little quiet, few places to eat at night but a couple closed. However we had a great time"

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was great, with easy access to local beach and nice walk into town. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend the property to other families. "

"The villa is very comfortable and has all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication with Neil and Della was quick and easy. The clubhouse on site was very good and the shop was useful. Great outlook from the villa to the golf course. Easy access to Balsicas to catch trains to Murcia or Cartagena if you didn’t want to drive and some great promenades in easy reach for walks and cafe stops. Excellent!"

"We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Everything was as described in the listing. All the appliances, TV working correctly. Would benefit from a new set of towels, a bit worn and drab looking. We paid for a late check out as our flight was late in the evening this information was not passed on to the key holder cleaner who arrived to service the villa at lunch time. The property owners were due to arrive the day after. Not really a problem for us but felt a little bit...
